Lattice — Konkat for Konstruction

Construction management software for builders and developers. Plan the project on a Gantt chart broken into blocks, floors and flats; record daily site progress, workers and photos from a phone; run quality checks and sign-offs with a trail; manage materials, purchase orders and payments; handle sales, from customers and unit sales to payment schedules and handover; and carry on into post-handover maintenance, with issues, maintenance dues and amenities. PDF reports throughout.

Lattice is being built alongside a live residential project, where it already covers planning, daily site updates, workers, quality checks, materials and purchases, and sales and maintenance after handover. Early access is opening to a small group of builders and developers, by request.
