Konkat: linking scattered work into one system
Most problems aren’t missing pieces.
They’re pieces that were never connected.
Konkat links them.
We find solutions to real problems as they happen, and turn them into plans that can be executed.
Where the name comes from
con·cat·e·nate /kənˈkat(ə)ˌneɪt/ verb
Konkat comes from concatenation: joining separate parts end to end until they become one continuous whole. It’s the simplest description of what we do with every problem we take on.
How we think
We link what’s scattered, solve what’s stuck, and turn it into a plan people can run.
Everything is a node
People, decisions, materials, data and money are all points in one system. Seeing them that way is the first step to arranging them well.
Value lives in the links
A team, plan or tool is only as good as how its parts talk to each other. We put our effort into the connections.
Structure should feel light
A process only helps if people follow it. We formalise how work happens without making it heavier to do.
Practical over clever
An idea is finished when someone uses it every day. Every outcome we aim for is intuitive, understandable and in use.
Where we apply it
Problems worth linking.
Konkat takes on problems we see in the field, through advisory work and products. Each one starts the same way: find the pieces, then connect them.
