Work
Problems worth linking.
Five areas where we see the same pattern again and again: the pieces exist, but they were never put on one map. Each piece of work starts the same way. Find the pieces, then connect them.
Advisory work
Five areas, one way of working.
They overlap on purpose. A forecast feeds a development plan, a plan needs a business case, and a partnership needs all three, then someone to coordinate it.
-
Infrastructure forecasting
Estimating what roads, water, power and public facilities an area will need, and when, before the gap shows up on the ground.
How we approach it -
Development planning & predictions
Deciding what to build, where and in what order, and reading where an area is likely to grow next.
How we approach it -
Project coordination
Getting owners, consultants, contractors and vendors working from one plan, one record and one rhythm.
How we approach it -
Business plan development
Business plans that connect the idea, the numbers and the execution, written to be used and not just submitted.
How we approach it -
Public–private partnerships
Finding PPP opportunities and shaping structures where risk, return and responsibility sit with the party best able to carry them.
How we approach it -
The next problem
The pieces exist, but they never connect? That is usually where our next piece of work, or our next product, begins.
Tell us about it
How it connects
Every area starts the same way.
Find the pieces, connect them, turn them into a plan, and stay until it runs. The subject changes; the method doesn’t.
-
01
Find the pieces
We listen first, then gather what already exists: documents, data, schedules, the people involved and the decisions they own. We map where each piece lives today.
-
02
Connect them
We put the pieces on one frame and look at the links: who depends on whom, what contradicts what, and where the gaps and duplicates are.
-
03
Turn it into a plan
We sequence the work, assign owners and set decision points, in a form the people doing the work can read and keep up to date.
-
04
Stay until it runs
We work alongside your team through the first cycles, adjust what doesn’t fit, and step back once the plan runs without us.
Contact
Describe the problem, not the service.
You don’t need to know which area your problem belongs to. Tell us what is stuck, who is involved and what you have tried. The founder reads every enquiry and will tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
