Who we are

This website is run by Konkat, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For anything about this notice or your details, write to hello@konkat.in. It reaches the founder directly.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it;
  • what you are interested in, and your message;
  • the page you sent it from and the date and time.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in the email. We don’t ask for more than we need to reply, so please don’t send sensitive personal information through the form.

Why we use it

Only to read and answer your enquiry, and to continue the conversation if you want to. We don’t add you to a mailing list, we don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.

Where it is kept

Each enquiry is stored privately in this website’s database, where only Konkat’s administrators can see it, and a copy is sent to our email inbox. Our web hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf to run those services.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work or conversation that follows from it. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, the form uses a hidden field and a security token, and your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. The IP address is not stored with your enquiry.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them when pages load. Links to the Lattice site and other websites are covered by those sites’ own policies.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to us using them. Write to hello@konkat.in and we will act on your request. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
